How To Get Rid Of Discolouration Around Your Eyes

 How are you? Today I wanted to bring out something that concerns many women and girls. Females I should say? Anyway, The dark circles underneath their eyes. I'm going to tell you how they appear, how to cover them, and tips to get rid of them.

 So let's jump into it.

FIRST: What causes them.
 Dark circles, or discolouration around your eye area means a lot of stuff, and it can actually sometimes be a medical problem. But don't worry, it's like that in worst cases only.

 First thing that makes them appear, is the way your body is performing on the inside. So if you don't eat as healthy, or you don't have enough vitamins, you'll have dark circles. If you have anemia, or any other type of stress it can cause it.

 Another thing that makes them appear, is the lack of sleep. Sometimes, when your busy, or worried, or can't sleep for one reason or another, in the morning you'll notice them underneath your eyes. It's because your body did not take its rest, and it did not shut down to relax and do its job, so exhaustion needs to be taken into consideration.

 Also, genes and inheritance can play here, but you don't have to worry, as I'll show you how to make them disappear with out some expensive products that will break the bank for you.

Second: How to make them disappear.
 You know how much I love DIY's. It's just so easy and effective. It's natural so it won't cause some damage to the skin, and it's easy to afford to!

  • Cucumbers:
    They are the best and easiest way to fight your dark circles. How many times have we seen some models and ladies with yogurt mask on their face, and cucumber on their eyes?
     It's to help with dark circles there. Simply slice a cucumber into two thin slices, and make sure it's cold so it helps with the puffiness. Leave it for ten minutes. And you'll notice a great result.
  • Rose Water:
    This ingredient had been known for centuries. It's great for cleansing the skin, and getting rid of blackheads, soothing skin, and so much more.  But, did you know it can actually reduce the darkness around your eyes?
    Simply soak two cotton balls, and leave them on your eyes for ten minutes or so.
  • Tea Bags:
     Take a tea bag and soak it in hot water, until it's ready, then wait for a bit to cool down ,and apply it to your eyes. This will ensure in improving the health of your eyes, and it will whiten the eye area.

  • Sleeping:
     Of course! Having your beauty sleep will ensure it. Make sure to finish up your work quickly, or try to set a time schedule for you. This will help you in having a good night sleep.

  • Relaxing:
     Relax! C'est la vie! Life isn't always PINK. And it's not up to you. You're no the one to decide. So relax and know that everything will work out in the end. It has to. Try to do something you love and adore. Read a book, play with children, draw a picture, play sports. There are a lot of ways to relax. Just find what you like to do best, and you'll be more than fine.


Third: Covering them:
 Covering them with makeup is easy, it just needs some practice and some tips on how to get rid of them.

 Start by knowing if it has blue or purple undertones. If it has purple, then try going for concealers that lean towards peachy colours. If you have blue ones, a yellow undertone concealer will work. Or have the colour as a corrector underneath your concealer. Whatever you desire and works best for you.
